New Place, New Look?

Happy 14 Weeks to Peeeeeeeeanut!
Peanut is now around 9 centimetres long and weighs 43 grams. That is the length of my pointer finger from tip to knuckle…not long ago P was the size of my thumb.. getting there!
I do wish the bump would grow so I stop looking creepy stalking the baby shops and not buying anything…. haha!
Its all very quiet in there.. but Im sure peanut is busy growing a million miles an...

Happy 13 Weeks To Peanut!
Peanut is no 7-8cm long from brain to bum and weighs about 23 grams which is apparently equivalent to half a banana:
Peanut has its own unique finger prints now and if i was to touch its palm its finger would close and tickle its feet the toes would curl! If i poke my belly now Peanut will feel it… so I better be careful!!!
As for me I feel GREAT now! No more sickness and feeling...

Ideas For Peanuts Room.. Well..Corner
Where we will be living when Peanut Pops is the studio flat at the back of mum n dads place (which we moved into last weekend) so Peanut won’t have a room.. rather a little nook in the sunroom part of the flat next to our bed (well mattress). So we won’t have room for furniture (as much as I am pining for a rocking chair) so it will just be P’s little cot. But will that stop me...
Peanut's First Picture!!
Well we had our first ultrasound on Friday afternoon (after I told my boss about Peanut - foof that was scary but he was awesome about it so that was good!) and it was soooooo exciting!!

5 Weeks of Death Over!
Hoorah! The longest 5 weeks of my life are over!!! from 6-11 weeks felt like 15 years…from vomiting in nutrigrain boxes in the car on the way to work to vomiting coffee out my nose on Parramatta Road…..it was joyous. truly joyous…but hoping peanut has settled down now so I can, you know, eat again.
Peanut is fussy already… helllllp!!

Fingynails!
Peanut grows fingernails this week - yipee! Just hope they don’t scratch me on the way out.. yikes!!
Peanut is 3cms and weighs about 4 grams…so no chubby bubby yet! Still has an alien dugong head but thats where all their brains are…. we have decided that we hope peanut gets granny and grandads brains.. cos poor lil p will be a lost cause if they get mum n dads!

Granny On Overdrive!
While painting at mum and dads on the weekend.. Nick and I noticed some curious items ahnging on mums washing line… it looked a little like this:
Mum has gone through alll of our old baby clothes, sorted them out and washed them ready for peanut to wear. Lots of vintage smurf t-shirts and frilly dresses and 70’s overalls for peanut to wear! Very cute! Can’t wait to find out...
Inability to Nap...
It seems the days of the nanna nap have gone… and are replaced by the .. epic sleep. I can’t nap anymore - I just can’t wake up - I need to have sleeeeeps that last for about 5 hours.. unless nick gets impatient and wakes me up…. so annoying cos it wastes a whole day pretty much….. ahh peanut you nap stealer!
